The Beginner's Forest, left to his own devices

Timothy woke up. He was under a tree, Tim trying to block the sun with his gloved hand. The tree, much like his hand, was cel-shaded like a cartoon. He got a look around and saw that he was in a forest, a path cut into the forest within pain view.

He stood up - the shoulder-pads and thick padding between his legs making this task harder than it should have been - and got a good look around. He heard the sound of wind rustling in the leaves and birds chirping, but he was otherwise completely alone. He bent over - again, a difficult task with his state of dress - and picked up the Beginner Sword propped up against the tree before he followed the trail with nothing but the sound of his diaper crinkling for company. He eventually caught a fork in the road.

The trail branched out into three different directions The one pointing to the left read "Dragon's Lair." The one pointing to the right read "Daycare Village." The middle road read "Fawn's Glen."
