Frank invites Laura for a boat ride

Frank dressed slowly, making himself look more tired than he felt, conscious of Laura's speculative eyes on him.

"That was...terrific..." he muttered, glancing at the young blonde. "So good."

"You've been missing it a long time, haven't you Frank?" she purred, stroking his cheek.

"Yeah...and a very long time with someone like you."

She smiled again and kissed his cheek, then finished dressing, glancing at him from time to time. Frank smiled back at her, giving her a wistful look from time to time.

"I'd...I'd like to see you again Laura," he said quietly.

"Umm...that would be ok...I guess..."

"What's wrong?"

"It's just that things...kinda got outta control...I was, well feeling a little sorry for you...and I wanted to make you happy, but...well...I'm not sure..."

"We can take things slow," Frank said quickly. "Tell you what, why don't we go to lunch on my boat tomorrow? Get to know each other better."

"You have a boat?" Frank saw the flicker of greed in her face which she quickly covered with an excited smile.

"Nothing special, it's not a yacht or anything. Just a cabin cruiser. We could take it out, have lunch."

"That would be sweet, thank you Frank!" She gave him a hug and quick kiss on the lips before pulling away. "I really should get going! I'm so excited about tomorrow Frank!"

He got her number and address and told her he'd pick her up the next day, then watched her sway out of the room, grinning as he thought of some surprises he might have for the scheming little gold digger.
