What's next?
Arriving
As the two of them arrive, they notice the sky darken, and a **** lack of guards, or signs of anyone. It's almost as if they completely avoided the tower. All that's here is graffiti, calling Bruce Wayne some choice words. They enter the building, still with power with flickering lights. The entire place is still alive, empty of all people with the old logo from so long ago, the screens flicking and cracked, vines everywhere as it's been claimed by mother nature.
They go up the stairs, seeing only more and more decay as they climb the 100 floor building. They look around, looking for traps before arriving at the 98th floor, finding the stairs have collapsed. She slowly finds her way through the floor, before finding a small rope through a hole in the roof, leading to the hundredth floor. Selena tells Magpie to stay behind, before sheathing her blade and climbing up it, ready to strike.
Selena climbs up and see's a large boardroom, heavily modified and completely cleaned of the vines, and clearly well kept. The center table has tons of gear and weapons, from spears, to grenade launchers. Selena slowly pieces together who this is, entering a side room and seeing a huge computer, with a list of names with every single villain in town, Bane, Harley, even Joker, even though he pasted. Everyone was a customer of him. Then she hears rumbling in the other room. She draws her blade, getting ready to enter, before a short little sprout exits.
He yells at first, grabbing a small handgun on his side before realizing who she is, laughing and grabbing at her waist, doing his best to hug her. "Selena, my little friend, how are you doing, it has been such a long time! Are you here for a tune up?" he says, in a Russian accent. "Last I heard, you were in the hole for, you know, manufacturing the weapons everyone uses. What happened Dwarf?" Selena asks.
The Dwarf explains what has been happening, explaining his new name they call him here, The BloodSmith, and their silent agreement to never come here and have their head blown off. Selena whistles for Magpie to come up, introducing the two of them. They immediately hit it off, not surprising, Dimitri always had a knack for that. He runs off for a second, before coming back with a huge bag. Selena laughs. She stopped visiting him long ago, and he still crafts for her.
As Selena watches him empty out the bag contents, she is immediately surprised by all the tools. A whip, knives, costumes. He starts explaining everything slowly. The whip is made of a special metal fiber weave designed by him, with a small button on the handle. One setting is the whip, just as her old one was. The second setting set out little knives onto the whip, being able to cut deep into the enemies and stun them, and even kill them. The last setting, retracts the whip into itself and combines the little knives all into a short sword, using a small electro-current to keep it steady. Selena is surprised by this, before looking around and seeing all the new technology he has access to.
He continues to explain, grabbing a knife and explaining it. Pure Steel, it is hollow to reduce weight, and make it fly through the air faster. He takes one and throws it straight past Selena's ear, whistling as it flies straight past and into a little photo of the Bat. He takes it and grabs it, before tossing it lightly to Selena, showing how the blade is still completely sharp and unchipped, ready to be used. And it won't dull over time, not without **** use, or throwing it straight into steel. After all, steel can't break steel.
Next is the costume, which he lays out two flat on the table. One looks the same as her old one, but he explains how it has been sealed with nano-steel, leaving the still thin fabric that leaves much to the imagination, and protective enough. It won't stop large bullets, but anything small won't kill, just bruise. And the little hood with the cat ears, are still there.
The second suit is just a prototype, with a large suit that can be sucked in to fit any body. It doesn't have a hood yet, he was having trouble figuring that out, and the claws ended up being a bit too long. Selena thinks before realizing it would fit perfectly for Maggie, tossing it to her before talking to Bloodsmith.
As Bloodsmith puts away his tools, he gives everything to Selena, saying its free, as an apology for everything that's happened. He'll miss that bright girl, and he refuses service to Two-Face, refusing the acid bullets to him. Apparently, the jokerized Two-Face has 2,000 acid bullets, which is horrifying enough, but she can't keep worrying about it. She asks him for a way to the airship, and he laughs bringing the two of them to the roof.
As they arrive onto the roof, they are treated to quite the surprise. The remains of a Bat-Plane, stripped of parts with it practically hollowed out. Apparently he managed to hack into the roof's hidden section, and found a Bat-Plane, with the electronics completely jacked due to that fateful night, but it still has the same mechanics. He tells them to get into the escape pod bit, and he can launch them off, with their new equipment straight into the remains of the airship.
Selena thanks the man for helping her so much, bringing Magpie back down to a little bathroom to get changed. Selena puts on the suit and feels how the fabric doesn't even feel heavy or anything. She pulls out the claws and cuts the wall, feeling good to have them back. She turns around to see Magpie in the suit, with the suit hugging every part of her body. She pulls out the claws, and they are extremely long, a two inches, compared to Selena's claws which aren't even a inch. Selena grabs the new whip, testing it out, before putting it on her hip and heading to the roof.
When they get back to the roof Selena see's him sitting in a chair controlling the mechanics from a computer, directing them where to sit. Selena leans back into the chair as the door seals shut, hissing to keep the air pressure stable. He gives a thumbs up, saying something Selena can't understand through the glass, before getting launched into the air towards the airship....
What happens there?

After the events of Arkham Knight, a new adventure starring Selina Kyle, the one and only Catwoman!
It's been a little over twelve months since Scarecrow last terrorised Gotham City.
