As they walked together Mike got a text message, after looking at his phone Jade saw a wide face grin form and Mike was overcome with excitement.

“Holy shit I got it!” Mike screamed. A few people who were passing by turned their heads in confusion.

“What's going? “Jade was puzzled. She had no idea what the heck was going on.

“That job I applied for at that law firm. I got the internship! I never thought I would be picked but oh my god I'm in!” Mike turned towards Jade and planted a big kiss on her lips. Jade was taken back by his reaction she failed to remember she never rinsed her mouth out from before. They continued to kiss for a few more seconds until Mike released her. She could have sworn he noticed something was off when she saw him retract from his lip lock.
