Run!

Jessica didn't even think to turn and look at who was behind her. Instead, she looked around, drastically trying to find a way past this increasingly large crowd of strange and angry town folk. They were all shouting various insults at Jessica, someone even suggested they call the police!

Jessica finally found a gap in the crowd, so without any moment's hesitation the sexy reporter ran for her life. She dodged the various hands of people reaching trying to grab her, as the crowd began to chase after her. She slipped through two people, finally free of the crowd.

As Jessica ran, she looked for a place that she could escape. With little time to plan, Jessica saw a smaller pathway between two buildings that looked as though it was leaving the town centre. She darted towards the path, brushing past people who hadn't seen the commotion as the crowd chased after her.

When Jessica made it to the pathway, she followed it as it twisted and turned with all the buildings. Eventually, the path came out onto a long road, with buildings on either side. Jessica turned around, noticing that the crowd had stopped chasing after her. She took a massive sigh relief, bending down to her knees to catch her breath. "What the fuck is wrong with these people!?" Jessica complained to herself. She reached for her notebook and wrote down her recent experience in Pinesdale and that could connect with her investigation.

Once she had finished writing, Jessica stood back up and took a look at her surroundings. The street was very similar to the town, only it was very much run down. Jessica soon realised she'd found her way into the poor area. The street was completely barren, rarely anybody was walking down the street. There were various stores all across the area, but they looked very cheap and some even had an odd appearance to them.
