Judith goes off to fulfil her orders and transfer money to Marcie. You told her you would stay and wait for Marcie to come back.

Half an hour later, Marcie enters. She sees you and gives you a hug, and you suggest you go to her room to talk.

"So, Marcie,"you say. "What's going on?"

"Nothing good, unfortunately."she sighed. "My mother's being...my mother. And I just broke up with my shitty boyfriend."

"Boyfriend?"

"Yeah, Keith Meyers," Marcie said. "You remeber him, right?"

"Yeah,"you say in disgust. "The asshole football quarterback. How did someone as sweet and pretty as you end up with a jerk like him?"

Marcie blushed at your compliment. "It just kinda...happened. And anyway, I caught him cheating on me so we're done."

"You deserve better," you say. "Someone like, say, me?"

Marcie looked at you in confusion. "What do you mean?"

"Marcie,"you said. "I really like you. A lot. Do you want to be my girlfriend?"
