Pull ups

"Well, today is arm day for me," said Ashley. "How would you feel about getting some pull ups in with me?"

Anna looked at the pull-up bars on the far side of the gym and gulped. She did not love the idea of walking all the way over there, and she liked the idea of doing pull ups in her current outfit even less! Still, she didn't see what choice she had, unless she wanted to strip naked and return Ashley's clothes to her.

"Erm... sure! Let's go!" said Anna nervously. "And uh Emma, could you watch the smoothie stand for me?"

Emma shrugged her shoulders. "Sure, I guess I owe you after that nice show you put on for me!" she said with a wink. "Just don't walk away too quick! I wanna watch," she said with a giggle.

With that, Anna and Ashley started walking over to the pull up bar.

"Oh my god oh my god," Anna whispered to Ashley. "Everyone is staring at me!"

Anna couldn't believe how gullible she was! Of course people were staring! She was in a public gym wearing a scarf and a lacy pair of panties! This was crazy! She fought the urge to sprint back to the smoothie stand.

"Just stay calm!" said Ashley. "No one's actually checking you out, you're just nervous!" she said, doing her best to be convincing. "Everyone's just focused on their workouts. If you just act natural no one is going to think it's weird," she said.

"Okay okay," said Anna, realizing she didn't have a lot of better ideas. She was probably just imagining it. She did her best to act natural, and ignore the eyes that seemed glued to every inch of her exposed body. After what felt like years, they reached the pull up bars.

"After you!" said Ashley.

With a deep breath, Anna jumped up and grabbed the bar with both hands, and started pulling herself up. She was practically shaking with nervousness, knowing her exposed backside was facing everyone in the gym! She tried to remind herself that everyone had better things to do than stare at her. As she pulled herself up and down, she gradually lost herself, focused on the workout as Ashley cheered her on.

"Come on!" Ashley said. "Just give me one more and we'll switch!"
