That isn't the way he looks at it

"Are you destroyed?" Matt demanded.

Mrs. Fellers looked at him like he'd gone crazy. "What the hell are you talking about."

"We just spent a couple of hours making love. Do you feel destroyed by that?"

"Of course not."

"So, why would it destroy any of the people on my show."

"Do you have any idea what it will do to their careers? How do you think college application processors will regard a 'starred in a porn stream,' under extracurricular activities?"

Matt shrugged. "I don't know. Perhaps we should warn them not to put that in their applications. I don't think there's a rule that you have to report things like that."

"Word always gets around."

"Is that the way it was back when you were in school?" Matt demanded. "That girls who put out were shamed and shunned by the 'good girls.' I've read about that kind of narrow-minded bullshit but I thought it would have been your parents or even grandparents who lived through it. Frankly, I wouldn't have thought you'd be the kind of girl who'd behave like that." He paused for a second while a scary thought overtook him. "Or maybe I've got it wrong, haven't I. You weren't one of the narrow-minded, you were one of the victims. And, like so many victims, you're assuming the blame and justifying what was done for you."

"You aren't my psychologist. Now get the fuck out of my hotel room before I call the police."

Well, that hadn't gone well.

A part of him wanted to put his tail (or more literally his dick) between his legs and get the hell out of Dodge. The last thing he needed was another police encounter. He bucked himself up, though. He had to make this work. Retreat would just delay the inevitable.

"You don't get to decide whether I stay or not," he said.

"What?"

He stepped closer to her. Maybe she only went for the domination thing in her fantasy sex-play but he suspected at least a part of her would respond to it in real life as well. Not a sadistic dominance but a domination through strength.

"Sit down and listen to me," he growled. "I get your concern. You're worried about your daughter."

"Daughters," she put in. But she sat.

"I get that. But I also get that your daughters and the other girls are legally adults. They are exploring their sexuality and looking for ways to empower themselves through it. Now, a lot of the audience are creeps... I won't argue about that. Creeps or not, they're watching, paying money to see the girls, and the girls get to take advantage of them rather than them taking advantage of the girls. They do it in a safe environment. They get nothing but support from their peers. I'm going to tell you something that will make you mad, Mrs. Fellers. Your daughter didn't have any friends at school. I don't know if it's because she was so shy or if she was afraid to make friends or what. But now, because of the show, she's hanging with the most popular girls in the school, she's the envy of her younger sister who used to bully her, and she's making some money so she can do some things on her own rather than have to come to you or your husband and beg for some cash. She's self-actualizing."

"Fancy psycho-babble."

She was still protesting but she hadn't threatened him again with calling the cops. That sounds like a win. The question was, how should he press his advantage?
