"Ok, boys. Now that I had my fun, I'll answer your questions while we wait for Chaz to return."

For a few seconds you all looked dumbfounded. "Is that a joke?" You asked.

"Silly question, but no, it's no joke." Dr. Ryan replied bored.

"Why are you doing this to us?" Jack asked.

"Didn't I already tell you?" The headmistress asked back. "We need more teachers to transform even more boys into girls or feminized boys. Also we want to perfect our technique, so we could change them faster and more like we want them to be."

"Why are you doing this to us?" Frank asked the same question as Jack, but accentuated the addressing of the headmistress.

She looked over to him with an mixture of surprise and joy. "In all these years it's the first time somebody asked me that question. Always 'Why are you turning me into a girl?' or 'Would you please let me go? I didn't do anything.' That's so boring. But that's a new one." Dr. Ryan smiled at Frank before turning to the rest of you. "Don't take me wrong, just because I love turning boys and men into girls and women doesn't mean I'm hate them. Quite the contrary. I'm loving to interact with men, as long as they fulfill my standards. Though I'm also open for some lesbian play. To make things short: I just want to rise the percentage of males matching my standards while rising the number of women with the same requirements for men. "Do you make a profit with all this?" Frank asked lightly changing the subject.

"Yes, I do." The headmistress answered. "Though most of the profit goes to the company running all this. I'm just the one responsible for this school."

"And about what sums are we talking about?" He followed up.

"Well, the basic course to get one boy changed into a girl costs our clients around 100k. But that only includes the usual hormones and training they could get everywhere. And that wouldn't make the boys full girls, just some transgender. Also with no guarantee they would accept it all, or that they would become quite feminine. But that can be changed with extra packages, like surgery and brain-washing. Every wish costs extra, but most of the clients buy a package for a certain ... product to turn the boys into. And everything the boys buy during their stay will also be added. So you could say, that the average costs lie somewhere around 700k. But it could also go way beyond 2 million." You were shocked hearing that people were really willing to pay such huge amounts to turn a male into a female.

"And how many ... changes are we talking about?" Frank continued asking.

"Let me think." Dr. Ryan put a finger on her chin. "At the moment we have just below 2000 students. So around 5000 a year."
