Scream as loud as she can

Despite how bad things looked for her, she had to try, maybe someone could in fact hear her if she screamed loud enough, after all why was she gagged if there was no risk of her being able to alert anyone ?

She gathers all her strength or what was left of it to try and articulate the word "HELP" as she attempts to scream. The tissue that was shoved in her mouth finds its way towards her throat as she was opening her mouth as wide as she could, she starts struggling to breath and panicking, she felt like she was going to die at that point.

Suddenly Anthony was standing right next to her, she hadn't even heard him approaching or the doors opening in the middle of her muffled cries and **** sounds. He quickly rips the tape off her mouth and takes out the tissue inside of it allowing her to take a deep breath.

He had never seen her in this state before, of course in the selfies and videos he'd seen from her she always had a relatively tidy look, she wasn't one to wear makeup or be remarkably well put together, but now her face was covered in tears and sweat, she had blood on her lips, and her eyes which looked even lighter than usual only expressed terror, worry and confusion. And to be honest that sight didn't repulse him, in fact he kind of liked it.

She had so many questions, but she was unable to pronounce a single word, she just stared at him waiting for whatever he was going to do to her. He stared back at her, even his usual poker face couldn't totally hide the grin on his face at the mere thought of all the things he could do to her.

She was lied down what looked like a metallic bed platform (clic to see an example) save for the height which was more like a table, it was around Anthony's hip height. As he could imagine it wasn't the most comfortable bedding, it was however quite practical for restraining someone in various positions as the spaces between the metallic frames could be used to tie ropes or secure belts or chains around them.
