They're getting something far better than popcorn

Once we approached the movie theater, Regina tapped my shoulder a couple of times. "Alright, you kept me in the dark long enough. What's the plan here?"

I smiled. "Why do you think that I always have a plan?" It was a perfectly valid question on my end.

"Because I know you do. They might go off the rails some times, but you always have a plan" She pointed out, and was entirely correct. I had used the reality ring moments before to give the two of us a lot of jewelry. "What's this for?"

"Bribes." I say as I start removing the non-magical rings from my hands. "We probably shouldn't have been wearing it, it makes us look appetizing to robbers. Still, what's done is done, let's just stash it in you pockets until we need to take pieces out again."

Once we did that, Regina gave me a look that betrayed the fact she didn't quite understand my master plan yet. "Alright, how is this bribery thing going to work?"

"It's a simple thing, really." I explained. "The difficult part about changing someone's mind is that they will put on as much of a resistance as they can against it, right?" She nodded. "Well, not only do quite a lot of women like jewelry, but they also know it's pretty valuable. If we, say, offer the full loot to someone, which I think is worth around ten thousand, in exchange to let us play with their bodies for the duration of a movie; I'm pretty sure that they'll want to take the money, even if they're conflicted about it." A smug smile formed across my face. "They'll likely want to take it so badly that making a wish to **** them to agree, it we even need to do that, will be like flicking a switch."

Regina really liked the sound of that plan. "How come you're not this clever all the time?"

I shrugged. "The answer is that being clever usually takes more effort than I'm willing to put on. Anyway, pass me one of the bracelets, I want to hold onto some bait when we find a mark."

"What are we going to do if they're a loud moaner?" She asked as she tossed me a golden bracelet.

"As soon as we're in our seats, I'm going to make it so the three of us are the only ones that can hear each other." I stated what felt like the obvious solution.

We bought two tickets to a random showing, knowing we'll be discarding them later when we get ourselves a girl. Even if we're not going to make any noise, it will be better to make sure that the audience around us is minimal.
