Where has Rex been?

“Rex, where have you been? You are late.” I asked him. “Oh sorry miss. I needed to do something for miss Samantha.” “Hmmm ok,” I thought,” Take you seat so we can start.” Without a fight, he sat down in his chair. I sat for my desk so I could oversee the boys. The boys could all see, head to toe. Only within seconds after he sat down, my problems started. What I found out later was that he had loosened the laces on my sneakers by crawling under my seat and tying them together with a really tight knot. As I stood up to start my lesson I fell forward on my hands and knees. Then things went really fast from then on.
