Your head feels hazy. You can't even remember where you are or what you've been doing the past...five minutes? Five hours? How much time has passed since you sat down to play Doki Doki Literature Club?
This is beyond confusing...
"Hurry, Sam! We're running late!" You feel a sharp pain in your shoulder as the darkness begins to fade, the world in front of you finally phasing back into existence.
The first thing you notice is that you're in a school. A hallway to be specific; one that's empty except for a few stragglers every so often. The next thing you notice is that you're wearing a school uniform, a Japanese one in particular. When did you put this on?
"Stop pulling so hard, Sayori!" The words leave your mouth before you can even process the situation. The reason your shoulder is hurting is because you're being pulled...by Sayori from Doki Doki! You'd recognize that short haircut anywhere!
Without much of a chance to even process this information, Sayori finally reaches her destination: a school classroom. She enters the room with you close behind her before finally letting you go in order to shut the door.
You take a moment to rub your shoulder before realizing what's in front of you. Much to your credit, you're starting to piece the puzzle together rather quickly. Sayori just led you to the classroom that a majority of the video game Doki Doki takes place in...and three girls in particularly are standing at the front of the classroom
"Oh, Sayori, you're here." A tall, beautiful green eyed girl offers a warm smile.
"Hi, Monika. I brought our newest member for the club!" Sayori announces. Club? You don't recall ever joining a club!
Monika nods. "Oh, I remember you mentioning him. Welcome to the literature club!" The confidence and kindness radiating off Monika's voice makes you shudder. You know too much information about this girl not to react that way... "Should we introduce ourselves first? As you already guessed, my name is Monika, and I'm the president of the club."
"Wait, you brought a boy? Way to kill the atmosphere." A petite girl with short pink hair huffs while turning away from you. Sayori has to fill you in, "That's Natsuki, she's always full of energy!"
"I'm Yuri." The familiar tall and uh...well endowed girl in the club offers you a shy smile and curt nod as an introduction.
It's confirmed. You're somehow trapped in Doki Doki Literature Club! You have **** but to accept that fact at this point...and unless you want them calling you insane, you should play along as well.
