Surprisingly Tame

The next week came quicker than either of them realized. It was the day to switch out their roles and Melody be in charge. She had been thinking of what to do, how to act, what to get him to do, what to say. She was beginning to overthink it and doubt herself and her ability to do this. Melody stood outside of the door to their home. She just got home from work, Griffin was off today. Melody's mind was racing as she stood there waiting to open the door, her mind trying to figure out what she would do, what she would say. With a deep breath of courage, she unlocked the door, opened it and stepped inside. To her surprise, Griffin was kneeling at the door on a small pillow fr his knees. She had no idea how long he had been there. Melody closed the door and looked down at him. His head was bowed slightly. This was definitely new for her. The man who had dominated her so well had a completely opposite side that seemed so submissive. A natural switch in her eyes.

"Welcome home Miss." Griffin spoke, his voice soft and lovely.

Melody was lost for words in that moment. She wasn't expecting nothing like this when she got home. She was working herself up by overthinking everything but here is the man she loved, helping her switch into her role as dominant. She definitely appreciated and loved this man with all of her heart.

"Miss? Are you okay?" Griffin finally looked up at her and into her eyes.

Melody didn't know how long she had been silent. His voice brought her back to reality from inside of her head. "Yes baby. I'm okay. I didn't expect this. It caught me off guard." Melody blushed at the truth she spoke.

Griffin smiled gently. "I figured you would need a little help to switch into the role. I did. I was reading up on things to do for a dominant and someone suggested kneeling at the door for the dominant when they return home. So, I did." He had a proud look on his face.

"You did very good." Melody smiled down at him as she put her keys down finally as well as her purse on the small table by the door.

"Thank you Miss." Griffin remained kneeling, he didn't move.

Melody looked at him then blinked before speaking. "You may stand now baby."

Griffin smiled as he slowly stood with his arms behind his back. He looked very pleasing standing there like that. Melody couldn't deny his lovely figure at attention in such a way. She felt this excitement building inside of her.

"How about we go out to dinner tonight? All I need to do is take a shower and change clothes. We can go out to that nice Japanese restaurant you have wanted to go to for awhile." Melody smiled brightly.

Griffin's eyes lit up. "Of course Miss! That sounds wonderful!"

"Good. Now, I'm gonna take a shower. Pick me out some nice clothes to wear. Then you get your outfit ready and prepare for a shower after I get finished." Melody stepped closer to him and before he could respond, she kissed his lips deeply.

Melody and Griffin arrived at the restaurant, Melody was dressed in a nice black dress and black flats that Griffin had picked out for her. Griffin was in a nice pair of dark colored jeans and a button up shirt. This Japanese restaurant was one that they hadn't had time to go to for some time. Melody figured it would be a nice treat for them.

As they were seated, Melody spoke. "Pick what you want baby but you don't speak. I will order for you. Do you understand?"

Griffin looked up at her and he nodded slightly. "Yes Miss. I understand."

They both looked over the menu and decided what they wanted before the waitress came up. Melody did as she said she would. She ordered the entirety of their meal while Griffin sat silent with a pleased smile on his face. He seemed so happy as he watched her take control, something none of his previous partners had truly done.

Once Melody finished ordering and the waitress walked away, her eyes shifted to Griffin.

"How much vacation time do you have at work sweetie?" Melody asked as she looked at him.

Griffin tilted his head slightly. He was wondering where this was going. "Uhh...I think I have about two weeks saved up. Why Miss?"

"Well, I have a week saved up myself. I was thinking of us going to do something together for that time. We could both take off work, go out of town and go experience something fun. I haven't looked into places to go yet but I thought it was a good idea. What do you think baby?" Melody smiled at him.

"It sounds like a great thing Miss. I would love for us to have a vacation together." Griffin smiled brightly.

"Good. I will look into some places after dinner tonight while you give me a massage." Melody smirked a little which caused Griffin to blush slightly and look down a little with a smile on his face.

"Yes Miss."

Melody and Griffin had gotten home after a wonderful dinner and she was already laying on her stomach in the bed, phone in hand, looking up different vacation spots. Griffin grabbed the oil and straddled her. He began to massage her shoulders and back as she looked at a few places. He would occasionally peek at her phone to see what she was looking at.

Melody groaned as he gave her the massage which helped her aching muscles tremendously. She sighed quietly, relaxing and scanning different things in her phone. Melody thought for a moment and she began typing things in the search bar, keeping her phone hidden from his sight. She had secretly searched for BDSM dungeons that they could go to. She wanted to pick one in another state so it would count for their vacation. She found one in Tennessee. That seemed perfect. Melody began digging and doing research into the place, going to their website, looking at their events coming up and one caught her eye. As plain as day, they had "Switches Night" scheduled for early October. That was perfect! Melody smiled brightly as she saved the page and began looking at surrounding towns that they could stay at but also sight see.

"I have found something. How does Tennessee sound baby?" Melody asked before turning the screen off on her phone. She laid her head down and relaxed as he continued to massage her.

"Sounds great Miss. Find anything specific?" He probed a little.

"Yes. But we will talk about it later. When you go into work tomorrow, you need to request off the first week in October. Okay?"

"Yes Miss." Griffin smiled widely as he continued to rub her body, his curiosity was officially at its highest.

"Good boy. It'll be a vacation we will never forget."
