Madelynn talks to Celine.

Saturday, july 4th

Still seated on the bed, Madelynn suddenly spoke, breaking the silent stare they had engaged for the past minute after their hug.

"Celine" Madelynn said whilst looking at her hands, averting her friends gaze. "Can we talk for a moment?"

Celine looked puzzled. "Sure" she replied eventually.

"How do you feel... About us?" Madelynn said tentatively.

-"What do you mean? We're best friends and I wouldn't want that to change for anything. you know that." Celine replied, her voice genuine. Madelynn knew Celine was either dodging the real question here, or genuinely didn't understand what she was asking.

"And what about the bondage stuff? We just kind of started doing that one day and we haven't really talked about it. Friends don't normally do something so... Sexual. Especially not so all of the sudden as this." Madelynn continued.

-"You're right. Normally friends don't. But then again, we're not any other pair of friends, are we? We shouldn't base our behaviour on what other people usually do. Besides, even if it's sexual in nature, we're both consenting to what we're doing. I don't see a problem Maddy" Celine explained her point of view. Madelynn nodded. "We're best friends and have known each other for ages. If there is anything we do that's uncomfortable I trust that we can be honest to each other and say it without it having to have any bad effects, right?"

Madelynn nodded. "Of Course I'd tell you if something was uncomfortable."

-"Then there is nothing to worry about. Besides, we're clearly both into it" Celine poked Madelynn in the ribs with a soft touch of her elbow, and got ready to stand up.

"So that's why you were staring at me huh?" Madelynn teased. Celine's face went bright red. -"Anyhow, dinner is ready" Celine said, not bothering to reply to what Madelynn just said, and walked off toward the dining room.

Madelynn looked at her friend walk away. "Shit." She thought to herself. "Well... at least I got an answer to one thing I wanted to know." She stood up and followed her friend to the dining room.
