When the guards came upon you and Wonder Woman, they only aimed their spears at you! "Easy now. Easy..." You said nervously.

"No. Don't hurt him," Diana defended. "He's my guest." The guards looked at her, but even though they retracted their weapons, they still glared, all hostilities saved for you. At that moment, Queen Hippolyta came walking down the beach.

"Present arms!" One guard's command had them all raise their spears, with her highness walking in the middle of it all. Even in person, you were captivated by how lovely she looked, draped in a toga-like dress and a simple gold crown that only came to a visible center point at the top.

She closed the gap between you both and herself. "Diana, you know that men are never allowed to set foot on Themyscira." With her authoritative tone, you felt intrigued and nervous at the same time. You try to stay pleasant towards Hippolyta.

You bow and say, "Forgive me, your majesty. I meant no offense." At that moment, the queen blinked before replying.

"I'll forgive you for trespassing. But men are not allowed here." Diana was caught off-guard when her mother was being merciful, knowing her for all her life.

"I'm sorry," you reply. "Diana invited me to dinner, and I took her up on the offer. Please don't be mad at her for that." The queen blinked again, and said that she wouldn't be mad at Diana for bringing you. Diana was sure that her mother was acting a bit differently...

Neither of you suspected that from when you were anxious by the guards' spears, your nanobots had triggered the subliminal effect in your voice.

"Come. You both must be hungry." So Hippolyta led you further inland with the guards surrounding you and Wonder Woman. You looked around at the landscape: the forest, the architecture. All of it was serene, yet not completely peaceful to you.

"Thank you, your highness, for allowing me to stay," you praise. 'You are welcome,' was her deadpanned answer.

"Mother?" asked her daughter. "Are you all right?"

"I am fine, Diana." Soon, you all make it into the dining hall. The table was beautiful decorated with delicious fruit and some meat. You sat at the queen's left hand whereas Diana took her place at her right hand.

You wait until Hippolyta eats, then you and Diana follow suit.
