To the hospital!

"To the hospital! To the hospital!" you hear Betty shout.

You get out and race through the door. Inside, you see a large number of shambling zombies pouring out of several doorways.

"Bar the door! I've got this," you say.

You take aim and begin downing them in quick succession. Then you advance to the hospital's emergency room. You encounter a few dozen shamblers in there, too. You send them all to the hospital floor with a burst of gunfire and then begin barring those doors as well.

"Well, we're trapped," Betty says joining you.

"Looks like," you reply.

"Well, at least I don't have to let you fuck my poor asshole if we die," Betty says.

You both begin laughing, even as you hear the horde trying to bash the door in.

"Alright, come on," you say.

"What? Where are we going?" she asks.

"There's a helicopter on the roof. I saw it as we were coming in," you say.

"You're shitting me! You can fly a helicopter?" Betty says.

"Well, I did used to be a government commando. I can drive a tank, too," you say.

"Well, we'll probably die anyway. But let's give it try," Betty says.

You both race out of the room, back to the main lobby. The zombies have already broken through the door and are filling the room again. You shoot the closest two and run into the stairwell. You run up the stairs and hear the zombies quickly bounding after you. You reach the second floor but are **** to dart back out of the stairwell as a mob of zombies come lurching down from above. Betty blasts several of them and yanks the door shut. There's a nearby corps which she pilfers a crutch off of and uses to pin the door shut.

"Now what? This won't hold for long!" Betty says.

"I guess we'll have to take the elevator," you say and begin prying the doors open.

"It's dead. There's no power," Betty says.

"But the service ladder runs the hight of the building," you say.

You yank the doors open and the two of you begin to climb.

"Drako, are you **** to live or just **** to fuck my ass?" Betty asks.

"Both!" you say.

A moment later, zombies come pouring into the elevator shaft after you. Thankfully, zombies don't seem to be able to climb letters. So they all fall to the bottom of the shaft and land with a thud at the bottom. You and Betty continue climbing. After reaching the top level, you manage to get the doors open and climb out of the elevator and onto the roof of the hospital.

The med flight helicopter looks completely undamaged. You open the door carefully and the dead pilot falls out. He has a bite on his arm and a self inflicted bullet wound to the side of his head. With the pilot dead, you take his keys and climb into the chopper. The fuel gauge reads as full and the back of the aircraft is packed with supplies.

"Captain Pacco might just forgive us for loosing another Humvee when we bring this back," Betty says.

Just then, zombies begin pouring out onto the roof from the stairwell.

"Let's get going!" you say.

You start up the engine and the chopper blades begin to spin. You gun the engine forward to get the hell out of there. The blades kick up a cloud of debris and zombies are launched backwards along with the dust as you fly off. You fly away and are soon out of the city and above open ground.

Back at Camp Michael, you land the chopper on top of the hospital. Ironically enough, it's the only helipad the base has. The two of you quickly jump off the helicopter.

Already, a jeep is pulling up in front of the building with Captain Pacco and a squad of riflemen. You head down to greet him.

"What happened?" Captain Pacco asks.

"There was an ambush, sir. We're lucky to have escaped," Betty reports.

"Tell me everything," Captain Pacco says.

You give him an abridged version of what happened.

"Glad you guys got out," Captain Pacco says. "But this Army of Nao business is worrisome."

"What do you want us to do?" you ask.

"First thing in the morning, I'm flying you two back out to get your Humvee. Then I want you to track down these Nao followers and get me some intel. A prisoner would be nice," Captain Pacco says.

"We'll get right on it, sir," Betty says.

"Good. You're dismissed. Get some rest," Captain Pacco says as he waves you away.

"Miki is going to be surprised to see us back so soon," Betty says as the two of you walk back to the appartment.

"I bet she won't even be expecting us for another week," you joke.
