"Oh my God!" cried a naked Montana. "You just killed my boyfriend."
"Don't be ridiculous, Montana," said Margaret. "He was already dead. I just re-killed him."
"Still..." said Montana. "You didn't have to kill him."
"What difference does it make?" asked Margaret. "He deserved to be dead anyway. And anyway, it's not like he's likely to come back from the dead again, no matter how well he knows Satan."
At that point, Richard Ramirez opened his eyes and said, "I'm back!"
"Seriously?" asked Margaret.
Margaret then fired a bullet into Richard's chest, which instantly killed him.
For about ten minutes.
Then he woke up again.
Again Margaret shot him.
And ten minutes later, Richard woke up again.
"I don't know about you, but I'm starting to sense a pattern here," said Nurse Rita.
"Oh, shut up," said Margaret.
She fired again but this time she pressed the trigger on an empty chamber.
"She's out of bullets!" cried Mr. Jingles. "She's out of bullets!"
Then Margaret turned, aimed the gun in Mr. Jingles' direction, and pulled the trigger again. This time the gun fired a bullet into Mr. Jingles' chest.
"Apparently she had one bullet left," said Brooke.
"Hear that, Mr. Jingles," said Nurse Rita. "She had one bullet le --"
"I know, I know," said Mr. Jingles as he collapsed onto the floor.
Margaret frowned, then threw the gun at Richard and ran for the door. Richard immediately ran after her.
While she did so, Brooke took advantage of the confusion to kiss Montana on the lips. Montana resisted at first, but then she -- surprise, surprise -- started kissing back.
Hurray! thought Brooke. Things are going my way for once.
She was preoccupied with her kiss that she never noticed Richard Ramirez re-enter the room until after he had picked up the silver dinner tray that had been discarded and then hit her on the head with it. After that, poor Brooke heard nothing but a choir of carousels. And after that sound faded, she saw nothing but darkness...
