The Pain of Exercise

Back in her I put my key in the ignition to check the time. 2:07pm, plenty of time to exercise and relax. With this body I may be able to eat anything I want without getting fat, but that doesn’t mean my muscles won’t get weak. I still need to go jogging, not for the usual reasons of getting rid of fat, but to strengthen and maintain the tendons in my breasts, so they won’t sag, or more importantly hurt so much when inevitably bounce around.

I put my key back, grabbed my water bottle and realized it was really warm, almost burning my hand warm. 'Stupid summer heat!' Well there was no hope for it, I needed to stay hydrated.

After putting away my scandals and locking the car, I walked across the street to the nude beach, stopping at the public restroom and emptied my water bottle so I could fill it with cool water from the public fountain. That done I continued down the stone steps to the beach proper. The view of the ocean was amazing! I strolled down to the surf, sat down in the water and just stared for I don't know how long. While looking out at the waves are nice, I couldn't do it all day, so I got up and looked around. There were a decent amount of people here, either lazing about or playing and swimming in the surf.

Seeing all these naked people made me comfortable. I didn't care that most of them were elderly or that the wrinkles showed so clearly on their bodies. Just yesterday I never would have thought such a thing, but everything seems so clear now. Naked is beautiful, no matter how you look or how old you are. I went inland to the other side of the beach and turned south, preparing to start my jog.

'I hope this doesn't hurt the girls much!' I thought and set off. And no it was not as painful as I thought, it was worse! I jogged at a nice pace, not fast enough to get winded, but fast enough to give my big girls a nice workout.

Unbeknownst to Amber, she attracted quite a lot of attention from the men who she past. Several of the women too. And while the young and middle aged women were envious or busy fuming at their boyfriends of husbands, those same men were too busy staring to pay attention to their women, or their growing erections.

The elderly women on the other hand had different reactions. They noticed their old husbands also getting stiff, something that rarely happens without the help of medication. They all knew that they would have a very exciting evening and many of them silently thanked the mysterious big bosomed girl.

Meanwhile, Amber reached the end of the beach at the inlet and then turned around, continuing to jog, oblivious or uncaring of the stares as she past. She kept jogging until reaching the netted fence that separates nude from non-nude, then repeater her routine until the sun set, taking the occasional water break.

I slowed down when I reached my starting point and the sun was still barely peeking over the horizon. After showering to get all the sand off my body and using the public facilities, I made her way back to the car, my big girls screaming at their ****. I noticed there was only the Mexican food truck remaining. Cynthia did mention this place was too dead for the dinner crowds on the weekdays and wasn't worth it.

I got into my car, that was thankfully cooler, and drove home, the drive taking longer because of traffic.
