A strange invention

"We can start immediately, Miss McVan, though I must warn you that once we start the process, it will be too late for you to back out."

"SCREW backing out. I want to run this league!" Lisa shouted.

"Very well. Stand up."

Lisa did. Elizabeth walked over to the sofa she'd been sitting on and reached under the cushions. Lisa stared in amazement as the formerly unassuming sofa unfolded. First into a sort of reclining chair, and then into an I-Frame.

"Now, you sit here..." Elizabeth gestured to the I-frame. The center beam was still thick enough to provide a comfortable chair, but the extensions at the top and bottom looked distressingly like restraints. As if the loops, thick leather padded on the inside with soft wool and a thin layer of silk, weren't.

"What...?!" Lisa gasped. "I'm not getting into that thing!"

"It's the only way. You'll find this process quite... exhilirating, and you must be prevented from hurting yourself."

Lisa looked at the door. She pictured herself in that thing, at Elizabeth's mercy.

Then she pictured herself like Melissa, able to keep someone pinned helplessly while she taunted and tormented her. Or like Dolly, able to pop a football with her scissor holds. Chichi's ability to zero in on the best way to hurt someone quickly, Alison's strength and, ah, appetites, Wendy's intelligence and very solid all around fighting skill...

"It's worth it." Holding her head up high, Lisa sat down on the I-frame and placed her legs on the restraints.
