Got caught by an incoming class. She spent too long thinking!

"Holy shit! Kirijo-sempai's naked!"

Hearing that, Mitsuru's blood ran cold. Regardless of her attempts to return to being decent, she had been caught totally nude by her peers. Right after that traitorous announcement, no less! She slowly turned to face her fate.

"Wow, what a body!""What a slut!""I've had dreams that weren't this hot!""I can't believe she'd do something like this!""So she IS a natural redhead!"

This was it. Her life was over. The scandal of this day and the ensuing punishment would absolutely destroy her reputation, as well as the reputation of her father's company. The rowdy comments of her classmates merely served to drive home the fact that there was no way out. No doubt the comments would continue through the entirety of her 'punishment' for violating the dress code. Damn that new rule! She'd never expect a student...to...

Suddenly, she had an idea. She'd still be nude for the foreseeable future, and personally, she might never live this shame down, but there was a way for her to emerge from this debacle with her reputation intact, if not her dignity. She had to act fast though...

Quickly, she stood up tall and faced the crowd directly, concealing none of her unclothed form. As much as she wanted to shield herself from their gazes, if this was to work, she had to appear completely confident. Fortunately for her plan, if not her pride, one of the gym coaches ha arrived after hearing the commotion. Even as the coach opened their mouth to ask why the hell the student council president was naked in the boys' (the Boys' Locker Room! Why, oh, why didn't I pay better attention as I ran!?) locker room, she spoke out loudly and clearly, despite her nuclear blush.

"Classmates, I see you have an apparent streaker-""Apparent nothing! You're naked as a newborn!" the coach interrupted. "I think that I am fully aware of that Miss Haruno, but I do request that you let me finish what I was about to say. It is important to school discipline." After waiting a moment to make sure the coach wouldn't interrupt again (and remind herself that she lost any footwear she had left when the bleachers almost closed on her) she started again.

"Classmates, I see that you have caught an apparent streaker. Knowing the new school rules, my punishment will indeed be steep." At this point, many of the gathered young men started grinning. "I, personally, proposed a different punishment for uniform violations. Unfortunately, the majority of the Student Council felt that such **** measures were required. As such, I knew that it was entirely likely that some poor student would forget the consequences of dress code violations and be stuck in an unfortunate position with no way to correct it until after their sentence had been served, possibly leading to a repeat or even worse infraction due to forgetfulness and habit."

To her own personal horror, Mitsuru felt herself growing more aroused the longer she stood in front of her not-so-small audience. She knew she needed to finish quickly before her newly discovered exhibitionist side discredited her plan.

She resumed speaking at a slightly faster pace, hoping that the climax of her speech would mask her uneasiness and arousal. "As such, I felt that an immediate example of the punishment would serve to help save other students unnecessary embarassment. Naturally, even though I am against the current punishment, I felt that the only person I could ask to make such a sacrifice would be myself."

Good god, she was almost dripping! What was wrong with her?!

"Why did you feel the need to strip down to your bare skin then? Surely removing less would have had the same effect?" Someone from the crowd spoke out.

Mitsuru's response was quick, but not too quick. "In order to make the new punishment as clear as possible, I needed to go to the absolute limit of what it could do. Given how it's worded, I felt that complete and total nudity" she almost came as she said nudity "was the best example I could show to my fellow students, to show that the Dress Code will be enforced in the strictest of ways from now on."

If her plan worked as it should, then even if she was **** to attend school au natural for a while, her reputation wouldn't suffer, and may even be boosted by this ordeal.

Now, the boys look fairly convinced (granted, her nude speech probably could have convinced the majority of them that the sky was neon pink with green polka-dots, but still) the only variable left was the coach. Her next action would determine if she came out of this looking like a fair-minded and thoughtful Student Council President, or an exhibitionist slut trying to get off to being naked in the Boys' locker room.

She's afraid to even breathe as Miss Haruno opens her mouth and says...
