Remain hidden

"Nevermind that," said the man. "We'll catch them when the Midnight Hour hits," he said, heading out the door. Wordlessly, the teenager followed him out.

From the safety of her closet, Yukari breathed a sigh of relief. Suddenly, she heard a voice in her head. 'Yukari, is that you?'

'Minako? How are you doing that?' Yukari thought.

'It's a trick I developed. You know, like that special SEES training that you wanted us to do. I can broadcast thoughts to and from people. Listen, I have Ken and Shinjiro with me. We need to regroup.'

'One second,' Yukari thought back. 'Give me a moment to get dressed.'

Yukari looked critically at herself. She couldn't go out, dressed as she was. What should she do?
