"YES!" Linda exclaimed enthusiastically. Cindy shot daggers at the brunette. Linda was unfazed. The blonde looked to her other roommate. Tom **** himself to stifle a chuckle. He did allow a smile, albeit a small one to creep over his face. He also shrugged. Cindy scowled. After a moment she realized that Tom wasn't about to bail her out.

Almost casually Cindy reached down with her right hand She reached past her knee and grabbed her right shoe. With a practiced ease, Cindy slid it off her foot. There appeared only the slightest **** to tossing it aside.

Setting her jaw, Cindy gathered her cards and handed them to Tom. She glared at the brunette as she did the same.
