Several weeks later, Chihiro moaned as she began to lay their eggs. "Just think of our children...little dragons that will fly with us, call us Mommy and Daddy, and nuzzle us, showing just how much they love us. That's our future." Haku's reassuring words helped to ease Chihiro's pain, and the eggs slipped out into the nest, each with their own unique pattern. Chihiro laid down, as her husband nuzzled her lovingly. "They're beautiful, Chihiro. Look at them." She turned her head to see the eggs she had birthed. One was pink and teal, another was white and green, and the last was pink and white. "T-they are." She replied. Haku held her close as they stared lovingly at their eggs.
