Weiss wins

A swirl of rose petals swept through the ballroom as Ruby kept up her relentless **** using her semblance.

Weiss gritted her teeth. If this brat wanted to fight using semblances, then she would just have to use her own. Concentrating, the heiress focused for a second before focusing on the blur circling around her. A white glyph sprung into existence right in front of the speeding Ruby. The younger girl only just realized the danger before she slammed into the glyph, feeling like she had just slammed into a wall.

The now dizzy girl swayed a bit as she tried to make some room and adapt to this new danger only for her to hit another glyph. Once again Ruby was propelled across the room, her nude body flying through the air only to land on another glyph.

Weiss smirked to herself as she used her glyphs to juggle the brat in the air like she was a pinball. Then she finished it with one final glyph that threw Ruby hard into the floor. The red light of Ruby's aura flickered before it broke. The nude girl tried to stagger to her feet before swaying and collapsing, groaning with exhaustion on the floor.

Weiss gave a confident smirk as she took in her victory. Her bare body was flushed and slick with sweat and her breath was heavy from using her semblance so much. But in the end she had proven victorious over this cocky brat that had humiliated her. Now she just had to claim her victorious reward.

The heiress strutted proudly forward before she reached Ruby's prone body. She confidently took a bare foot and stepped down on one of the younger girl's bare chest, smiling as the red head squirmed and groaned.

"Get up. Get up and apologize to me properly." The SDC heiress demanded, hands on her hips and a smirk on her lips.

Ruby slowly moved and got up into a sitting position, not meeting Weiss's gaze.

"...I'm sorry." Ruby muttered.

"No, I said properly!" Weiss angrily demanded. "Get on your knees, apologize for everything you did with lowered head, and beg for my forgiveness."

Slowly, Ruby got onto her knees and bowed forward forward until her head was touch the floor her palms in front of her also touching the ground.

"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry!" Ruby begged.

"And just what are you sorry for brat?" Weiss said with a mocking tone.

"I'm sorry for stripping you!" Ruby said, her head still bowed low in subservience.

"Yes, but more importantly you should apologize for being dumb." Weiss said. "If you were just a bit smarter you would know how to properly handle dust and none of this would have happened."

"....Then I'm sorry for being dumb too. Please....forgive me." Ruby grounded out.

Weiss reveled in getting one over on the girl that had humiliated her. Forcing her to scrap, bow, and beg for forgiveness naked. (Even if she was mostly naked already.) Yes, this low class brat knew how to treat her betters now.

"Hm. Well I guess I can accept it when you beg like that." Weiss said as she moved forward and placed a hand to raise Ruby's chin. As Ruby's face moved upward, Weiss saw an expression of embarrassment and humiliation on her face. The same expression that had graced Weiss's face as she had endured the ridicule of her peer's cameras as they took pictures and video of her naked body.

"Yes, that expression suits you. Now you know what I felt." Weiss said, happy at seeing that same expression on Ruby's face.

But then, of course, the universe decided to that both girls could use some punishment. The very next moment, the doors to the ballroom were flung open the crowd of new students eager to retrieve the suitcases, poured into the room only to see a naked Weiss Schnee and the same naked red head that had seen only a short while before.
