Chapter 11 by JerkGently JerkGently

A new day begins

With thoughts of the journey

Jesse squirmed within the baking confines of the Maglev carriage. He simply couldn't find a way of crossing his legs which didn't flash his pure white panties at the leering man opposite. He shifted his gaze around desperately trying to avoid making eye contact and searching for any plausible distraction.

The cityscape moving past the window whizzed along at far too furious a pace to look at for long. But a silver-tinged and portly gentleman was sat a few seats along, dressed in a refined grey suit and reading the news from his flexi-tablet. He gripped two red-leather leashes casually in one hand, which descended to the necks of two scantily-clad blonde girls at his feet. Neither could have been much older than Jesse himself... and were either genuine twins or, more likely, genetically engineered to appear so. The only difference being the small cock and balls hanging openly between one's legs. Each wore a full body fishnet stocking, but nothing else… taking on an aspect more like netted meat, than human beings. They crawled around the carriage floor on all fours, never daring to raise themselves up higher than another passenger's knees.

But what fascinated Jesse was how easily they seemed to take all this in stride. They lounged by their master's legs, chatting amiably with each other or lifting up their chins to be tickled by the occasional passerby. It would seem this was just another morning commute to them, and there was no hint of shame or embarrassment at the level they faced it from. The algorithm… working just as intended. Those who wished to be leashed and those who wished to hold the leashes. Yet, something in Jesse still rattled against that assessment. Asked how they came to want such? Asked who they were before they were just two echoes of an older man's fantasy? He felt his own leg twitching with the press of those doubts and insecurities. Why was his mind so plagued, when they were clearly happy? What secret inner peace did everyone else seem to have, that he just couldn't find?

The arrival of his stop thankfully freed him from such over-boiling thoughts. He was just tired… and nervous about his first day. Everyone got like that sometimes, he wasn't some paranoid freak. The world he lived in now was the best it had ever been. No war, no hunger. No need to hide from who you were. His generation were so, so lucky that those before had made every mistake there was… and learned from it.

The click of his heels against the sun-drenched concrete matched the rhythm of everything flowing just as it should. Ahead loomed his destination, barely four stories high in a city that touched the clouds. New stone carved to resemble ancient aesthetic ideals. It looked a stubbornly proud place. Set apart from the gleam of everything else around it and yet not intimidated in the slightest. Jesse hoped he would find something he was looking for beyond its intricately carved gates.
