Firstly, have their clothes removed

“Well, when you are serving me you’ll be wearing new uniforms” Poison Ivy says, “so what you are wearing now has to go.” Batgirl struggles but still she can’t speak as Harley holds her hand over her mouth, but that does not last much longer as she finally moves her hand away. “DON’T DO THIS!” Batgirl yells, the idea of losing her clothes and being at the mercy of these two terrifying her. Supergirl tries to struggle too but to no avail.

A large flower the size of a small car grows out of the middle of the warehouse and both heroines are lifted up by the vines holding them. “This flower is of my own design” Ivy begins to explain, “it’s nectar is sweet but very acidic. While it does not harm organic matter at all, inorganic...or manmade matter is an entirely different story...”

The flower suddenly grows up and around Supergirl and Batgirl, creating a sort of pod around them that encapsulates them while the vines that were holding them both drop them. “Dammit, dammit, dammit, dammit, dammit, dammit...” Batgirl keeps repeating over and over as she pulls out a batarang to attempt to break their way out, but it is too late.

While Batgirl and Supergirl can’t see due to being in some sort of plantmade capsule, they can still feel, and touch. The sweetest smell either of them had ever heard fills the capsule, and then some kind of liquid slowly starts to fill up the entire capsule. “B-Barbara...” Supergirl says before she and Batgirl are both completely submerged.

Batgirl tries reaching for her belt to pull out a different gadget, but there is nothing there. The two heroines can feel their clothes melt away, leaving absolutely nothing left on their body. Even Batgirl’s mask is gone, much to her horror.

Suddenly the capsule opens up like a flower suddenly in bloom. When the flower opens up completely the two heroines lay there coughing up nectar, soaking wet and naked as the day they were born. Harley whistles, “Wowwee!” she says, “you two should go nude all the time!”

Vines suddenly grab them both once again, now grabbing them by their wrists and ankles so they cannot cover a thing. Batgirl tries keeping her face hidden but it is no use. “Oh wait a minute” Harley says, “that’s the commish’s daughter!” she looks over at Ivy, “Batgirl is Barbara Gordon!” Harley then looks back at Barbara, “she’s quite the looker too...”

Ivy nods, “yes, yes...” she says, her eyes on Supergirl’s nude body. “Supergirl is quite beautiful too don’t you think?” she asks Harley, “you know I like blondes...” Harley looks at Ivy and smirks, “oh I know!”
