Matt wanted to play with her emotions a little bit so he refused, her follow request. After the refusal you had a rain of notifications, from accounts like "Boob1703", "kissitbetter", these were obviously fake accounts. Was Megan behind these fake accounts? He needed to know, did he really changed her this much?
He went back to his pc to check on Megan. He saw that she was sitting in her room with her phone in her hand, waiting for him to accept one of her requests.
He decided to with "kissitbetter" and accepted it. He wanted to play with her a more so he decided to send her ("kissitbetter") a message saying "Hi, do I know you? Is this you David?"
