Prisoners.

"H-Hey! I know... Konoha has a lot of prisoners... umm... why don't we check them out? I mean, there has to be someone strong there we could take."

"..." Ino looks at him, wondering if he's serious, "I meant, someone, as in, a specific person, Naruto. "Prisoners" won't do."

"W-Wait, please Ino––Kyuubi-sama," Naruto bows slightly, "Please... let's... it wouldn't make sense not to check there first?"

"Naruto, how are we going to get into a prison? Hmm? Unless I stare every guard in the eye and tell them to let us pass, which would never work by the way–"

"We have Hinata!" Naruto runs over to her sleeping form on the couch, point at her, "She can tell us where guards are, and stuff. Oh, and Hanabi can help too."

"You expect me to take that nympho on a mission?" she smiles, "We'd be caught in a moment."

Naruto puts his fist into his hand, a gesture of assurance, "And Tenten can pick the locks... and Temari was good with wind right? That has be something useful..."

Ino folds her arms, "And what if this is a fool's errand, hmm? What if there's no one worthy of capturing?"

Naruto stares at her, challenge in his voice, "Then we'll go find Sakura-chan. I'll take her right in front of you too, if this fails."

The prospect of Naruto doing that does bring a smile to her face, she considers it...

"The prison huh? I suppose, Konoha might have some interesting prisoners... prison guards, even."

"Alright, I accept."

Naruto sighs in relief, like he's just averted certain disaster.

Ino smiles inwardly.

But I won't forget what you promised Naruto-kun. You promised her to me. She is mine. There is no getting out of that.

"However," Ino points to Hinata, "I refuse to take that... one, anywhere, until she's properly disciplined."

"...disciplined?"

"Yes," Ino smiles, pulling up a chair and leaning into it contently, "You have until noon to make Hinata compliant to you. Where she'll be more of a help than a hindrance on this 'mission'."

"W-What? How am I supposed to do that?"

"Entertain me. You figure it out."

Naruto swallows, "And what if I can't?"

"Oh, I'm sure I'll devise a suitable punishment, but you best start to work, it's already ten thirty."
