We talk

Waking up the next morning is an amazing feeling. The sun directly shines into the room, illuminating Mia's body. Her pitch black hair lies on my chest, her head moves up and down with every breath I take. Her closed eyes spread a calm atmosphere in the room. Feeling the need to touch her, I brush some hair out of her face. I really hope what happened last night will turn into something good. The thought of losing her lets my heart sink a little bit.

The heat from the direct sunlight seems to wake her up. After a minute she finally opens her eyes. She needs a second to look around, but when she sees me looking at her, she smiles.

“Good morning.” I greet her and move closer. For a second I'm afraid she'll pull back, but she gladly meets me half-way and we kiss. This kiss doesn't possess the heat from last night, but something even better, real feeling. I can feel tingling all over my body. We stay like this for another ten minutes, enjoying the warmth on our skin and the feeling of our lips pressed against each other. The need to breath lets me break away and we both gasp for air and laugh.

“I'm sorry I pushed you away.” Mia breaks the silence. “I was afraid. I wanted this for so long.”

This confession takes me by surprise and with a blink of an eye the size of the whole situation overwhelms me. She is lying next to me after the most amazing sexual experience I can imagine. I take her hand into mine and kiss it.

“I never dared to hope. It is great to have a best friend like you.” I tell her and her smile disappears. “But now I want more, I want you.” I quickly add to clarify what I mean.

“I knew it was worth waiting.” she says and her eyes start to tear up. “It's about time! You've always been a little slow.” she mocks me and playfully punches me. A smile appears on both our faces. The mixture of her tears and smile makes her look fragile and beautiful at the same time.

“Sorry, there was just always boyfriend around since...... since “this” happened.” I tell her and point at her body. Embarrassed by my comment she blushes crimson.

“Do you know why I had so many boyfriends?” she asks me. Again I point at her body and grin. This time she only blushes lightly and punches me again. “No dumbass. Because I wouldn't sleep with them and after a while they dumped me. I always wanted my first time to be with you.”

I'm totally amazed by what Mia just told me. I try to speak but no words leave my lips, instead Mia leans forward and kisses me. Just as I start letting my tongue run over her lips, someone throws open the door and walks in.
