Apparently a lot

While you are smothered and licking the ass of one of Cersei's maidens, Cersei bursts in and orders all her maidens to stop this. She needs you from now on. You feel rescued by Cersei and so you follow her out of the room. You catch a whif of a silent fart as you follow closely behind her. Then you see she is headed to her private toilet. She tells you to wait. You drop to your knees knowing what you tongue will have to endure like so many times before.

She comes out and bends her large ass into your face and you part her cheeks to lick the wet shit smeared around her areshole. The she orders to you leave but to return before she goes to sleep. You are overjoyed that there is no whipping today. You lurk around the Red Keep trying to stay out of sight since you are naked.

You return to Cersei as she requested at bedtime. She has you lay down on the floor and she lifts up her gown and speaks to you.

"Look at my arse! Look at my arsehole! It's the last thing you'll ever see everynight for the rest of you miserable life."

She sits down on your mouth and you hear her command you to lick. She lets you know this is something she will demand nightly.

After another week of cleaning shit out of Cersei's arse and licking her each night, you find one day Cersei dressed incredibly ornately. She is adorned with fine clothes and all manners of jewelry. You know she is supposed to go to the Great Sept for her trial with the High Sparrow. But instead of leaving she goes to her toilet and your services are needed again. Her shit tastes just as awful as it ever has and you don't seem to be getting used to this.

When your tongue is through, she stands viewing the city in the distance from the Red Keep. Then an explosion occurs and wildfire consumes everyone at the Sept including Margaery. Tommen rushes into the room and now knows why he was not allowed to go there. He is heartbroken over Margaery and jumps out the window as Cersei watches.
