She’d become a bright blue slime girl, with a rocky core just like what she’d found.

Apparently giving up on looking for the ‘missing’ slime, Sarah started smacking her lips, then quickly walked into the kitchen. After opening up a cabinet, she pulled out a glass and filled it with tap water from the sink. Sarah downed the glass in one gulp, looking confused. “It’s weird,” she mumbled, eyes out of focus. “I’m feeling...really thirsty.” She drank another glass, and when she was done, Tom could see sweat standing out on her skin. She must have noticed it too, grimacing and saying, “Ugh, I need a shower.”

Without much ado, she quickly walked over to the bathroom, stripping clothes as she went. Tom followed her progress, but if she noticed, she didn’t say anything. Her already gorgeous body was revealed bit by bit as she lost clothes, until she was naked in the shower, turning on the water, letting it cascade over her. Sarah’s eyes were closed as she went through the motions for a shower, and Tom watched what was really going down.

Her body was clearly absorbing all of the water, not letting it roll down to the floor. At first, there weren’t any other changes...until Tom noticed the shade of her skin starting to change. It didn’t become paler or darker, but bluer. Like someone was playing with a photo-editing program on his wife in real time, Tom could see the shade of her skin, her hair, everything about her change into an unnatural bright blue, one that almost glowed. The division between her hair and the rest of her head disappeared, and soon the texture of her skin was clearly different as well. No longer fleshy at all, but a jiggly gel that bounced with every motion, held in place only by some sort of membrane and Sarah’s own sense of self. Her legs combined into one seamless blob that went from her hips to the floor, and created a small puddle of goo where her feet should have been.

Next, she became semi-transparent, letting Tom see the wall behind her, only tinted blue. The only solid thing about Sarah any more was a rocky core clearly visible in the center of her mass, looking identical to the one she’d found and showed Tom. When the changes were done and it seemed she felt better, Sarah reached out with gooey hands to turn the water off. It was only then that she seemed to notice her changes, and staring down at her transformed body.
