She shrieks in ecstasy.

And Naruto smiles, triumphant.

Naruto takes a moment to look over Tenten.

She's still dressed from the waist down, tight black pants still cinched around her waist.

Her eyes are dull and unfocused, a loose smile on her face.

Her skin glistens with sweat. Her small pink tongue is extended out of her mouth with every breath.

Naruto looks her in the eyes, deciding to use the time she has wisely... that particular genjutsu is powerful enough to permanently befuddle the mind, but it's influence works only for a very short time...
