Thursday arrives, and...

Jade woke up to her alarm clock, feeling refreshed after a good night’s sleep. It was the first time in a long while that she was able to say that, which made her feel even better.

That wasn’t a good thing altogether when one really thought about it. A good situation would be one where she got good sleep every night, but Jade certainly wasn’t about to complain!

In fact, her not getting good sleep the past few nights only made this sleep even sweeter. Delayed gratification, was it?

Unfortunately, she had the lingering thought in her head that Jason must be making a move soon after ignoring her for 1.5 days, so that dampened her spirits by a bit.

The day went along just like any other day, though. A ‘Good morning’ exchanged between Jade and Julia, a good breakfast to kick off the morning, and Jade went on her merry way.

All in all, Jade was pretty happy. However, the day had yet to truly begin...
