Jake was pleasantly surprised when his ex girlfriend opened the door. She hadn't changed much, she still had that amazing body and cheeky smile. Her hair was shorter but it was still the same deep brown he remembered so well.

"Jake!" she said with surprise. "What are you doing here?"

"Didn't expect to see me again after the way things ended, did you?" he asked.

"Well, no." Her face turned cruel. "After I dumped your worthless ass for Perry, you ran off crying and ranting if I remember right. I never thought you'd have the balls to face me again. But I bet you're still a spineless limp-dicked imbecile without the sense to realize you were never in my league."

Jake restrained the urge to turn her into a puddle of goo, and smiled thinly.

"Did you come back for ****? Have you got a gun in your little bag there? It doesn't matter. We both know you haven't got the balls to do anything, you'll just crawl off like you did back then."

Jake hadn't stopped smiling. "Where is that putz you dumped me for, Marion? Is he here?"
