Who is the Next Mother?
Spoilers...
The Doctor stood at the TARDIS console and smiled as the loud CLANG signaled out the landing. He had just revived a message on his psychic paper that read:
'Doctor . Love you. zz-*-9-*-Z-α London. 2020. Hyde Park. X-O-X-O'
He fixed his bow-tie and moved to the doors opening them and peering out. He walked and looked around, he saw a familiar woman sitting on a bench reading from a blue diary and waved to her. She stood and neared him with a wide smile on her face.
"Hello sweetie." She said. "River." He nodded with a grin. The pair moved into the TARDIS. "So..." She said coyly. "You're rebuilding Gallifrey now?" She asked leaning on the TARDIS console. The Doctor nodded. "Yes... Were you interested in helping?" River smirked.
"Technically... I already have." The Doctor looked confused. "What do you mean?" She smirked. "Spoilers." She said hitting a few buttons on the console as the Doctor shook his head. "No. No you tell me, how have you helped? This isn't a game, this is my people, the Time Lords, River tell me... How have you helped me?" He had her by the wrists, not letting her go.
"Doctor..." She cooed and moved her head in, kissing him. The Doctor returned the kiss, pushing her against the console.
The Doctor pulled away from the kiss and looked her in the eyes. "... I am telling you..." She said motioning to the scanner, which had been sitting on one screen since she had hit the buttons. "Can't you read?"
The scanner was showing a scan of Amy's stomach:

The Doctor looked back at River and gave a high pitched giggle. "Noooo" He said shaking his head disbelievingly. "But that means...." He said motioning to the two of them. "I'm afraid it does." River laughed. "Are you sure?" He asked. "Yes." She responded plainly "But, but, but you and I we, we, we, we... We're...." "Yes..." She said grabbing him by the shirt and hugging him.
The Doctor hugged her back, confused but happy, River was proof that it could work. That it would work.
"Wait a minute," The Doctor said in dawning realization. "What about the Library? I..." The Doctor cut off, starting to feel unexpectedly dizzy. "I saw you..."
River grinned mischievously and held the sides of his head, her face just a couple of inches from his.
"Don't worry, dad, just go with the flow. Your enhanced Time Lord senses are trying to mentally show you the changes in the timeline that made this possible; like you once showed me. Just don't fight as the flashback that my revelation is triggering takes you to that rewritten day."
The Doctor started to pant as his mind spun. River looked at him with sympathy.
"Oh, I know what will make this better," River said with bright, loving eyes.
And then, she french-kissed her father with all the passion she could muster.
FLASHBACK
Just like that, the Doctor found himself back in the Library, back in his body that was tied up by River. Before he could contemplate the implications, his mouth started opening against his will, which he supposed made sense, as these apparently altered events already happened and he is just vividly remembering them now.
"Oh, no, no, no, no. Come on, what are you doing? That's my job," His past version said, panicking.
Sitting on the other side of the room and setting up the wires to the machine, River looked coy.
"Oh, and I'm not allowed to have a career, I suppose?" She asked him.
His past self tried to break himself free but he couldn't. "Why am I handcuffed? Why do you even have handcuffs?" He asked, in scandalized confusion.
"Spoilers," River declared with an amused smirk.
The Doctor from a previous regeneration stared at her with urgency. "This is not a joke. Stop this now. This is going to kill you! I'd have a chance, you don't have any!" He yelled.
River scoffed but the future self witnessing these events noted that she didn't seem sad or resigned but actually...playful, as if part of an inside joke his past self didn't understand yet.
"You wouldn't have a chance, and but thankfully, you are underestimating me right now."
The invisible time projection of the Eleventh Doctor had a feeling that he would have raised an eyebrow then and there if he physically could.
"I'm timing it for the end of the countdown. There'll be a blip in the command flow. That way it should improve our chances of a clean download," The archeologist explained.
"River, please. No." The past Doctor pleaded.
She smiled kindly. "Don't worry," Past River said calmly. "I really do have more chance than you do to survive the coming discharge because I am a hybrid and my mixed parenthood gave me a genetic mutation that allows me to manipulate electricity. I will be fine, which I guess is why future you sent me to the past to save you here and now."
The future Doctor could feel the shock of his younger self at that, baffled as the countdown approached zero.
"River you know my name," He remembered himself saying as the pieces sink in. "You whispered my name in my ear. There is only one reason I would ever tell anyone my name..."
River smirks knowingly making his words die on his throat.
"Shhhhh, Daddy, I am focusing!" She said as she connected the cables.
END OF FLASHBACK
The Doctor's mind returned to the present, his head buzzing as the rest of the new memories took root in his mind. Then he noticed that River never stopped kissing him the entire time and he placed his arms around her, feeling love, pride, and lust towards her in equal measures.
The Doctor returned the kiss, confused but happy, River was proof that it could work. That it would work. Her hand moved down his body and felt his cocks growing harder. She smiled and moaned through the kiss and then pulled back. "Amy..." She said and the Doctor knew immediately what she meant.
What did she mean?
