A mounted crossbow

Sombra had overheard a few of the other jousters talking about it, the automatic crossbow mounted on one end of the field. Apparently, they were supposed to get a professional archer to do some archery tricks for the crowd, but she had to cancel, so they brought out a mounted crossbow. In-between jousting matches, the crowd would throw apples into the air and watch as the crossbow shot every last one of them before they hit the ground. The important thing was that it could aim, and even if the auto-lance was gone, the aimbot software was still intact.

Brigitte stopped in her tracks as a crossbow bolt flew in front of her eyes and embedded itself into a nearby wall, causing the audience to scream with panic. Her head spun towards the crossbow, her face turning pale as she realized how close she came to ****. Sombra took the opportunity to scramble to her feet.

"That was a warning shot," said Sombra, causing Brigitte to stop once more. The audience murmured in a subdued panic, with Reinhardt desperately trying to push his way to the front. "The EMP blast was a nice touch, I'll admit, but you're in my court now, caballera. Now, if you just follow my orders, we can both walk out of here alive and-" Sombra was cut off as Brigitte swung at her, forcing her back.

"I came here for you, 'pervert hacker'. You thought I wouldn't suspect something when I was invited to this competition out of nowhere?" She swung again, landing a glancing blow on Sombra's chin, another jolt of pain to her tiring body. "I know what you did to Mercy. Someone has to deal out justice for her. And I don't think you're willing to kill in order to stop me." Sombra cursed under her breath as Brigitte stepped forward again. She'd need more time to get the rest of her hacking kit up and running, and the crossbow alone wouldn't provide it, especially with Reinhardt making his way onto the field. She needed another cunning maneuver to get herself out of this.
