Lex wants it all, but..

Lex bit her bottom lip as she looked over each item more closely. They were all sexy and wonderful in their own way. There were even a couple of combos she could pull off, so in a way it was like five outfits instead of just three to choose from. She couldn't help feeling a little excited. It wasn't like she had many options for dressing up as a woman, so wanting to buy all three wasn't a bad thing, right?

Lex began to wonder, 'If I had to choose just one. Which one would it be? Wait, what am I even thinking? I need to look at the price first. Why am I just thinking about whether or not they would look good on me? Oh no! Is this why it is so hard for women to shop? Ugh, being a woman makes shopping so much harder! And this is with Urici being so nice and trying to simplify it for me.'

Lex couldn't help but, feel airheaded at the moment and said. "They all look quite lovely and would definitely do the trick, but I should look at the prices first." Urici nodded and said. "Of course, but just so you know. My prices are nonnegotiable, but I do accept valuable items for trade." Lex nodded with a soft sigh before looking at the prices of the different items.

Lex lifted a brow seeing the prices before looking to Urici and asked. "I am curious, do they have any enchantments or effects?" Urici shook her head and said. "Those are extra. I would only suggest a conforming or self repairing enchantment. If you wanted to play dirty by doing a seduction effect or libido, I wouldn't recommend it. You're all ready pretty sexy. If you added more to your arsenal, I would be obligated to label you as a weapon or at least dangerous to marriages." Urici started to giggle, letting out a soft sigh a moment later before continuing to speak. "Mm, seriously though, I wouldn't want to give Bianca a heart attack. Xanthia would be quite upset, and I have grown fond of her silliness. On a more important note, if you wanted something protective, it would be quite pricey. Enchanting items like these would take a lot. Unless you are okay with it just covering the areas they physically cover."

Lex nodded slightly before asking. "I see, but how much would it cost to do a conforming or self repairing enchantment on all of them?" Urici looked at the items before pondering something, moving her right hand to her chin to scratch gently with her pointer finger before tilting her head and said. "Conforming would cost $1,000 per item, but self repairing costs $10,000 per item. The problem with self repairing is that it requires a generous portion of slime. Sadly, it isn't easy to harvest the stuff without the right equipment. Well, that and the risk to one's clothing tends to increase its value quite a bit."

Urici sighed softly before continuing to speak. "It isn't exactly like you can ask a slime nicely for some of its jelly." Lex nodded slightly before opening her inventory while thinking, 'That makes sense, but that price is too steep. I wonder if I have anything worth selling to help counter balance this exchange.' However, when she looked over her, 'Lovely "Sneak"ers' there was an odd red exclamation mark with a triangle in red around it. This of course made Lex worry, but when she clicked on it the word, 'Germinating' appeared in bold red letters. When she looked closer, she could see a small red circle with an i in the center to the right of the word. However, when Lex clicked on it, the following notification popped up.

Germinating: Ignoring the warning and cumming on these shoes has caused the active slime to reproduce.

Removing the associated item from your inventory will release the slime(s).

Lex's eyes widened while reading that. Urici lifted a brow seeing this unforeseen reaction and promptly asked. "Um, is something wrong? You have a funny look upon your face. If you don't have the money. We can discuss payment options." Lex blinked a few times before focusing on Urici and said. "Sorry, I just remembered something important that I need to do later." Lex's face relaxed, but she knew she would have to take care of that later. As she started to look through her inventory once again, her eyes locked on the ten Blue Mushrooms and the three Short Stone Swords, prompting her to ask the following. "You said you will accept valuable items for trade, right? I have some things you might be interested in."

Urici nodded while watching Lex pull out the three Short Stone Swords without much interest, but that look changed to excitement when Lex pulled out the ten Blue Mushrooms. Urici eagerly reached for the mushrooms and with a wave of her other hand, a pink light flashed from it, forming a monocle in her hand. She placed it over her right eye and looked carefully over those mushrooms before asking. "W-where did you find these? I had heard they had been all used up."

She brought her pointer finger to her mouth before that monocle vanished as she said. "You know what. I probably don't want to know, but I am willing to pay $1,000 per mushroom." She looked over to the swords and looked them over before saying. "Hmm, these aren't very interesting, but the material isn't bad for what it is. I am willing to give you $15 per sword." Lex was beginning to wonder what was so special about these mushrooms as she asked. "Oh? Why are the mushrooms worth so much to you?"

Urici looked around once before letting out a sigh and said. "Well, to a well trained alchemist they can be used to make some amazingly powerful love potions. You know about the baby boomers, right? How a lot of people came home from the war and had sex like crazy. This resulted in the baby boom. Well, these mushrooms played a large role in that." Urici began to look sad as she whispered. "They were the legacy of my late husband." Her eyes filled with tears before she shook her head, looking to Lex before continuing to speak. "Tell you what, I won't ask anymore questions if you sell them all to me right now. I will even raise the amount I am willing to pay to $1,500 per mushroom, but that is my final offer."

Lex was taken back by that statement. Sure, as a man, she knew she could ask for more, but as a woman, she couldn't help, but feel that it was wrong to take this from Urici. Could she really be so cruel at this moment and say no? It wasn't exactly a bad offer either way. Even if Urici was just taking advantage of her. She could harvest more by fighting against the kobolds again anyway. This was clearly an offer she couldn't pass up. Lex smiled while brushing a few tears from her eyes as she said. "All right, deal. With that money, I would like to purchase those three outfits we were discussing earlier. Oh, and with a conforming enchantment on each of them, please."

Urici smiled happily and nodded. Her F score ticked up to 50 as she said. "Oh wonderful. You don't know how much this means to me. I will have these items ready for you in just a few minutes. Oh, and your money. Let's see. Ah, I owe you, $7,945." Urici took those stairs down from the counter. Several minutes later she came back out with a small bag. Urici handed Lex the bag and said. "Here are your purchases. I hope you and Bianca enjoy them. Oh, and I already sent the money to your account. It took a little longer to find than I had expected." Lex blinked hearing that, but when she looked at her money tab , it had increased from 8,867.05 to $16,812.05.

Lex took the bag and placed it into her inventory before closing it and smiled to Urici, saying. "We will, thanks." She paused, thinking about the answer to a question, but wanted to be sure and asked. "I am curious, just how do you know Bianca?" Urici giggled before smiling and said. "Well, there aren't too many people within the Abyss, Lex. Well, that and Bianca left a mark on you. She only does that to people she really likes." Lex lifted a brow and asked. "A mark? What do you mean?" Urici shook her head and said. "Oh no, I'm not answering that one. You can find out from Bianca after you two make up."

Urici waved her hand and made those swords and mushrooms vanish before looking to Lex and said. "If you need anything else from my shop just let me know."

They said their good byes and after Lex left Urici's shop, she began to wonder about several things. Was Urici being truthful about the mushrooms and her late husband? Were the slime(s) in her shoes dangerous or were they friendly? Will they destroy her shoes upon being removed from her inventory?
