Maria look hesistant. "I told my husband that you want me to accompany you for the night and he's a bit annoyed by your action..."

You cringe as you recall your words to her earlier.

"So, in return to allowing me to service you, he's also allowed to engage someone else's service and me returning to the room might interrupt them."
