You arrive at the forward Konoha base in Wave

After few more minutes of travelling, you arrive at the place indicated in the mission dossier. From what you learned from Jiraiya, this type of advance bases located in other countries are considered as invasions of the countries' sovereignty. However, despite how despicable that sounds, it as a normal practice for many countries including Konoha; as long as the bases aren't discovered, they're as good as nonexistent.
