What's next?
You arrive at the forward Konoha base in Wave
After few more minutes of travelling, you arrive at the place indicated in the mission dossier. After a quick rest, some ready-to-eat meal, curiously they have ramen flavor though not that good, you proceed to meet the person in charge of the area. While it's not really necessary when it comes to the mission that you received, it is very much the etiquette that Tsunade drummed repeatedly through your thick skull.
The designated place is a small underground bunker that has its entrance located next to a large tree stump located in the middle of the forest not far away from where your team first meet Zabuza. You key in the necessary chakra formula on a discrete seal on the tump and the entrance opens. Quickly you enter and shut the entrance.
From what you can see from the wall of the place, the place is recently built, probably after the Wave incident. It's the evidence of Konoha's rising interest in Wave.
From what you learned from Jiraiya, this type of advance bases located in other countries are considered as invasions of the countries' sovereignty. However, despite how despicable that sounds, it as a normal practice for many countries including Konoha; as long as the bases aren't discovered, they're as good as nonexistent.
You walk along the pathway for few seconds towards the light in front. Eventually, you reach a large room.
"Yo! Rookie," a female voice calls out, bristling you a little bit.
Who is the person?
