You wake up suddenly.

Your day started abruptly as Brixa raced from the bed to the bathroom. You could hear her being sick in there so you called out to make sure she was okay.

“I'll be fine babe,” she called back, her voice a bit raspy from her bout of sickness. “Its just a little morning sickness, is all.”

“Don't you need to see a doctor now that you’re pregnant?” You asked as Brixa emerged from the bathroom, her expression dour and her fur disheveled.

“I’ll go in a week or so. It’s still early, they won’t tell me anything special.”

“Okay babe, if you say so.” You said, letting the subject drop. You knew Brixa was not fond of hospitals, having seen her mother wither and pass away in one. You weren’t going to **** the issue with her, whatever your feelings may be. “I however, do need to go. I need to find out what this kissing power I have is.”

“It’s amazing is what it is…” Brixa said, flopping down on the bed beside you. “But I am curious too. You never used to kiss like that. I hope it’s not a temporary thing. I could get used to last night.” She gazed at you lovingly as she praised your performance.

“So could I. That link you have is incredible too. It was wild getting to feel what you do when we… you know…”

“When we fuck?” Brixa finished, giggling a little as she did.

“Yes, when we fuck.” You chuckled, rising out of bed to get dressed. “Are you coming with to the doctor?”

“I don’t think so. I think I’ll rest this morning. I still don’t feel too great.”

“Yeah sorry about that.” You apologized as you started dressing, Brixa's eyes watching you the whole time.

Another laugh from Brixa. “Don’t be lover. You don’t know how happy it makes me to be the mother of your pup.”

“Pup?”

“Well I wouldn’t call it a baby. That’s more of a human thing.”

You pulled a jacket on as it was a tad breezy outside. Grabbing your shoes you turned to Brixa to ask her something you were curious about. “What will our ba- our pup actually be? Like since we aren’t the same species.”

“What do you mean? It’ll be a fenniken, like I was.”

“Oh, okay. Pup makes more sense now.”

“Pokemon children are always the species of the female, no matter who they breed with. Unless it’s a male and a ditto, then the child will be whatever the male is.”

“Oh,” You replied, your mind mulling over this new information as you slipped on your shoes. “Man Pokemon are complicated.”

“You have no idea…” Brixa told you, scooting to the middle of the bed and snuggling up in the blankets. “Whatever you do, don’t look into EV's and IV’s unless you want your head to spin.”

“I’ll take your word for it.” You said as you leaned over the bed to kiss Brixa on her forehead. “I’ll back in a short while babe.”

“We'll be waiting for you.” Brixa said smiling as she rested her hands fondly on her midsection. Happy as can be you departed for the arena's medical complex to solve the mystery of your new power.
