You come back home a good hour later

You come back home about an hour later. As you walk up the stairs you can hear a strange sound. Is that a girl crying? you ponder before turning the corner at the end of the stairs.

Then you see Jane sitting there, wearing a tattered dress and crying. You drop the bag of groceries you're holding and run towards her. "what happened? Are you okay?" you question in a panicked voice. Jane looks at you sadly "I'm sorry!" she yells, seemingly not realizing who she's talking to. She then takes another look at you "Oh, master, it's you."

"Yeah it's me Jane, what happened to you? Why are you out here?" You ask "She attacked me" Jane tells you. "who attacked you?" you question, the answer dawning on you "it was Maria, wasn't it?" you add

Jane nods. You put your hand on her shoulder "come on, let's go inside" you tell her, unlocking the door. You lead Jane inside and sit her down on the couch "why don't you tell me what happened Jane " you suggest.

"okay" Jane sniffs "So I was cleaning like usual and I heard a knock on the door" she explains "and it was Maria. First she asked if you were home sir" she tells you, grabbing onto you and holding on like you might try to toss her off at any time. "and when I told her you weren't she grabbed my hair and dragged me into the hallway" you nod and kiss Jane's forehead "and she started yelling at me" You stroke her gently "what was she yelling?" you question. "At first she asked why you liked me and not you, that I don't have a nice body, that I'm a slut..." she pauses and you kiss her forehead again "Jane, she's wrong, you're amazing, don't worry"

"She also told me you only like me because I'm submissive and you can do things to me" Jane continues. She then bursts into tears "why do you love me sir? I need to know, if she's right I need to know, I'll become more submissive" she briefly rants. You hug the girl clinging onto you "Jane I like you the way you are, I want you to be who you want to be." you tell her

At this answer she smiles and looks at you through her tears "a-and I want to be the best girlfriend you could have, I'll never be a bad girlfriend, I promise" she says with a big smile. You smile at her and kiss her on the mouth "let's go get you out of those clothes and into something less... torn" you suggest.

Jane nods and looks to you "I need to be cleaned up too, Maria spat on me" she informs you. You pick her up and carry her to the bathroom. "Do you want to leave or should I help?" you ask her.

"stay please" she answers
