Dr Alison see's how Patrick is doing and finishes up her part!

Returning back upstairs, in opening the door, I find Patrick sleeping, so quietly closing the door behind me i walk over to the bedside...

"Patrick dear, it's time to wake up! It's me Dr Alison! Apparently you fell asleep. Are you ok? How are you feeling?"

Stirring and opening his eyes, he looks at me gathering his awareness and thoughts...

"Oh... Hi Dr Alison. I guess i did fall off for a bit there. Ummm, well, I feel ok i guess, but my throat is feeling a bit tight. Is that normal???"

I smile down to him giving him a confident look...

"Yes dear! It's perfectly normal and just due to the injection and the amount of solution i administered... Nothing to be concerned about! In fact while these injection take affect you will feel a tightening in your throat that may even cause your voice to sound higher and softer for a while. Also you may feel tightness in your chest and some discomfort in your groin area. That will all settle in time. Now.. You can stay there in bed, but I'll need you to sit up and get comfortable so i can work on your face and makeup and all."

Patrick looks at me with an obvious embarrassment as he gets himself sitting up...

"Ummm.. Yeah, I forgot about that! I'm sorry, but i feel so humiliated having to do this!"

Again i try to comfort him...

"Patrick... Don't be so foolish or feel that way! It's really not a big deal and apparently Nikki isn't giving you much of a choice, now is she? Just think of it as a fantasy of Nikki's curious wonderment."

He seems to relax some and gives into it...

"Well... I suppose you are right and it is for just a few days."

I nod my head in agreement and continue...

"Exactly!!... Now i just need to give you two more small injections in your lips to finish the help for your male problems and apply the makeup, then I'll be on my way back home... Ok?"

Patrick just lowers his head in a shy nod!

I again dip into my medical bag producing the final syringe! Letting him know this will also sting a tad,I inject half to his upper lip and the other half to his lower lip! He admits that it wasn't too bad at all! Then taking out the tattoo device, I quickly give him nicely formed feminine eyebrows without him knowing that they've been tattooed! Next i apply foundation all over his face and neck, blending it in. I go through rest rest of the makeover with careful detail... Mascara, eyeliner, false eyelashes, eyeshadow, and a sex Red lipstick, including lip liner and a gloss topping.

"There Patrick... All done! That wasn't so bad was it! (Smiles) Nikki will continue from here and can let you see in a mirror what i have done. You be good now and I'm sure I'll see you again one day... Bye for now Sweetie!
