The JLU try to form a plan.

Looking down at the small stone idol in the palm of her hand, Diana breathed in a sigh as her plans came together. With this they had a fighting chance of stopping Buck once and for all.

“So, we got the prison ready, should we face him now?” Asked Mera, rubbing the surface of her pregnant belly with worry. The others shared the same thought, wondering just how bad things had gotten.

“Are you sure that little thing will work? Because the LAST one sure as hell didn’t.” Snorted Hawkgirl, her wings ruffling behind her as she calmed the storm of kicks in her own pregnant belly.

Steeling herself, Wonder Woman stood before the rest of the changed League and answered. “Well that was because the last prison was damaged, THIS one is intact; with this prison not only will he be contained but his corruption along with it.” Placing the tiny stone idol in the space of her cleavage for safe keeping, the satyress looked to the rest of her friends, the lot of satyrs looking back at her for guidance now that they had a plan of action.

Heading to the swimming pool of the Halls of Justice, the rest of the JLU looked down at the corrupted waters and grimaced. “Are you serious, the waters in the city are all tainted.” Huffed Superman, while Lois clutched at his arm.

“That maybe so, but look what it did to Arthur and Mera, they’re the biggest ones here, if we take a dip and pace ourselves, we could grow big enough that we can finally make a stand.” Making her way over to the edge of the pool, Diana stepped into the shallow end and sank ankle deep into the three-foot-deep waters. Already she could feel the magic soak into her, the smell of cinnamon and spices in the air wafting up from the corrupt body of water. Hecate looked up to her mother in awe of her size and mass before answering. “We’re trying to show some self restraint, you said we had to defy Buck, right? If we just eat when we’re hungry and not all the time we can maybe shrink back to…”

“We are at odds with a beast that commands a herd of thousands! Maybe millions by now, I want MY herd big, I want MY herd strong, my daughters should reflect that and YOU especially.” Snorted Diana, her tail snapping back and forth behind her.

“B-but there’s nothing left to eat around here anyway.”

Glaring back at Hecate and to the rest of the cafeteria, Diana stomped over to the wall and punch a chunk out of the stone, biting into it like it was stiff bread. “Then eat the walls! Must I teach my daughters how to be satyrs?!” Taking another bite, Diana stormed out, finishing the chunk of stone in her hand and looking over her shoulder to see her daughters go right to it, tearing at the stone walls around them while Hecate looked back in confusion.
