The skirt and the zip-up top would have to do. She was running out of time, and almost positive this guy wouldn't take kindly to any delays. Pulling the skirt up her legs, she tugged gently at it, trying to find that sweet spot between publicly indecent and flirtatiously short. She squeezed herself into the top, scrambling over her shoulder to tug the zip up tight. The last thing she wanted was this slipping off her shoulders while she was outside.

Maisie ran to the bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror. She'd wiped off whatever makeup she had on when she went out the night before, but it wasn't too bad. A little concealer for her bags, some mascara, and.... a deep red lip. Good to go. She checked her time. Two minutes.

She stopped at the hall closet on her way out to grab a pair of what Sophie would affectionately call "fuck-me-platforms", and headed out, saying a prayer and locking the door behind her.

Thankfully, there was no one in the elevator on her way downstairs. Nor was there anyone in the lobby. She seemed to have caught that perfect time when everyone was on break.

No sooner had she stepped outside into the cool mid-morning air than a jet black SUV pulled up right in front of her. With mirrored windows seemingly all round, this had to be the car for her. If not, she'd look like a right cunt, but she could probably make her apologies with a selfie.

She opened the back passenger door and climbed in. A divide, also mirrored, separated her from the driver. She had barely closed the door when she was thrown back into her seat as the driver gunned it. Wherever she was being taken, she'd be there soon.
