Leaving the labs from a side door and making sure no one was looking you quickly make your way to the Library and head to the second floor to a corner you used to use to study at that no one really knows about as it is out of the way with very poor connection to the Wi-Fi.

The project is not to create mind control powers but a drug to allow people to become sex gods, a form of super Viagra but on a whole anther level. His tests on animals and his insane belief that he is better then anyone else had given him false hope that it was ready for human use and had intended to use it on Professor Rai and then himself maybe as it seem the stuff works really well if both parties take the stuff. It would seem he fucked up somewhere and the stuff even you can see would be insanely dangerous in a human as the human body cannot process the stuff fast enough without causing server issues, say like causing a person to regress to a primitive mental state due to the chemical reactions surging through there body.

Now he either shoot himself up too soon or did it by accident but he got a full dose of the stuff in him and wham a few minutes later Professor Nailis is Mr caveman but with all the actual things the notes say he should have, perfect body, giant dick, insane sex drive and uncontrollable lust for someone.
