The sperm makes Link into a Slime Queen, one who converts Groose into her first subject.

As Groose lay on the forest floor, pleased with himself and thoroughly pumped, Link also enjoyed the feeling that accompanied the experience. Why had she ever resisted doing something so enjoyable? But then she felt something quite odd: her four bodies began unconsciously moving closer, so much so that they began to compile, becoming one large pile of slime once more. Then, as Link's mind tried to accommodate her new shape, she felt her core change, growing larger and shifting into a golden color. Then she understood: she was a Slime Queen.

From the amorphous blob, Link built herself a new body, worthy of her new station. She was eight feet tall, with the general dimensions befitting a Great Fairy. Her slimy breasts were enormous, and her jiggling ass hung in the air, the weight of it seeming to defy gravity. She looked down at Groose, who was staring at her with rapt attention. What queen didn't deserve some subjects? Almost idly, Link let a few drops of herself fall into his open mouth, and from inside she shaped his body into something far more pleasant.

Where there had once been a raucous, uncouth human, there now stood another slime girl, this one about the same size as Link had been, before she had ascended. Groose looked up at her with reverence. "Thank you so much, my queen! I cannot thank you enough for releasing me from that fleshy existence! What should we do now?"
