Zelda had lost himself in ordering Link, and has gone down the dark path.

All in all, Link wasn't sure about how to feel about what had just happened. Part of him felt violated. He had been **** to do that, against his will, and he knew for a fact that Zelda could get him to do just as much and more if he wanted to.
