Eric, Micks Rival

It was Eric. The guy who had competed for Anna's attention and lost. They both went back and forth with her. Trying to woo her and get her to date them. In the end, she decided Mick had been more sincere in his attempts. That being said, it was kind of a hard choice. Eric had windswept, coal black hair and steely eyes that seemed to pierce right through her and always made her heart skip a beet. He looked strong too. Strong enough to take care of her an- she shook her head and wiped the image away. She had to stop thinking of him like that. He was just a friend now. Well.... sort of. Deep down, she knew that he just wanted to steal her away from Mick as a sort of ****. Have his way with her, then would probably dump her off once he got what he wanted. Even with these damned thoughts though, she still thought of him romantically. And he regularly made attempts to keep wooing her. Trying to break down her resistance and give into him. Fortunately, Mick was there to break her out of the spell and remind her of who really loved her. Without him around, Eric made her more nervous. What could he want? His text read....

"Hey there. Almost time for college huh? Same here. We should hang out one last time before we both have to split. Get some of that coffee on the corner you love so much."

She bit her lower lip reading it. She knew it was a trap. But.... she couldn't rely on Mick for protection all the time. She needed to face these temptations and overcome them. If she didn't she would always wonder if she was really with Mick because she loved him, or simply because he kept the others away.
