Chapter 30 by Lawless Lawless

What next?

Back to school

I hope Kaoruko enjoys her day off. Izuku thought, locking the door behind him as he stepped from her home, both bags slung over his shoulders.

Inside the house, curled up in her bed, was a very satisfied and supremely lethargic Kaoruko Awata. If she hadn't had to call in to Sir Nighteye to say she wasn't coming in today for unspecified medical reasons and using one of sick days, she'd still be deeply asleep. As it was, the TV was playing another old movie on a low but not quite muted volume. Izuku had made breakfast for the heroine earlier that morning, letting it cool before putting it in the fridge to cool for when she finally woke enough to eat.

She was so tired from how much he had used her quirk on her till the early hours of the morning that she barely had the presence of mind enough to kiss him goodbye and wish him well. Which was fine, since Izuku knew he'd drained her just short of being **** for the whole day. She seemed like she really needed it, and he would never skimp on either his job or giving His Girls as much love and affection as they all deserved.

Whistling a tune, Izuku jogged out of the upper middle-class neighborhood, feeling an extra pep in his step. He waved to a few inquisitive neighbors of Kaoruko's as he passed them, a few recognizing him from the news of the USJ incident but unsure as to why he was in their neck of the woods which he answered with a not entirely truthful "Decided to take my morning run out further than normal."

The people who asked him seemed to take that in stride, smiling at him and giving words of encouragement. They were feeling so lucky to have an aspiring hero student in the next generation give it their all, apparently, which made Izuku blush a bit and try to talk them down.

"Please, I'm not doing anything special." He would tell them, blushing as he tried to find a way to end the conversation without speeding away. It wasn't proper, after all, and he didn't want them to feel ignored or upset with him even if he personally never saw them again. "I'm just doing my best, just like everyone else at school."

All Might was right, kind of. Izuku thought, running up to a train terminal and swiping his student card for a ticket to board. I really need to get used to accepting praise from people I don't know as a hero. Maybe I should try to give that assignment he gave me another try.

Well, it'd be something to do that night when he went to visit Onemu, after all his other homework and the sheep heroine fell asleep.

On the train, Izuku went through his phone, texting everyone that had texted him that morning and the previous night, only saying that "Kaoruko needed the extra attention last night." They would get the message, and Kaoruko would probably find her phone filled with texts of encouragement or well wishes when she could muster up the strength to look at them.

_No text from Mom though... _Izuku noted, going through each and every message since he'd left his house that night. Nothing from his mother at all. Well, I can only hope she's feeling okay. He sighed, his eyes looking across the city from his elevated position. Every so often, even in the morning hours, he would see a hero jumping around on patrol, getting a feel for the new day and the new circumstances and possibilities that were inherent in such.

As Izuku mentally checked over his homework for the day, to make sure he grabbed it all when he left Kaoruko's, he boarded the train and time passed in a blur.

Nothing of note happened that morning on the way to school after getting on the train, just checking the local news. Apparently Yuu had captured a villain who tried to steal a cargo ship with help from Selki, Miwan's boss, and Miwan herself. The cargo wasn't anything special, as far as anyone could tell, but the villain must have been formidable to take over an entire ship by themselves.

Good work on the capture last night, you two :D, He texted the two heroines in a group chat he opened for the three of them. Everything went fine, right?

Totally went fine, Hunk. Yuu texted back first. Not a scratch on me, but you can always give me a thorough exam just to make sure ;P

The villain was more of a hassle to get to than actually take down, Zuzu. Miwan texted back not long after. Though my bunk was feeling empty last night. I miss my cabin boy, you know?

Sorry, Miwan. I wish I had more bodies to give all of you the attention you deserve :(

We know that, dummy <3 Yuu texted rapidly, probably already waiting for him to lament the fact he couldn't be everywhere at once. Looks like it's girls night, Wanwan! You're staying at my place tonight and you can't say no!

But you snore like a landslide, Ms. Mountain ;P Miwan's snarky response to Yuu's declaration. But I guess I could always quiet you with my lips if you wake me up, you noisy sleeping lamprey.

Which set?

Izuku chuckled as His girls started teasing each other, wondering what it would look like later on in the day as they took their flirting to new heights. He'd be seeing them this weekend anyway, during the weekend get together up at Camp Wildcat. It was something they tried to organize so that the girls who could make it could spend time with Izuku if they couldn't during the week. It wasn't as intimate and devoted to a single girl as he would like to give them, but it was a necessary compromise. Besides, the heroines learned that they loved to spend time with each other too beyond work, and it was an all around great bonding experience. Shino's quirk, as well, helped scratch the itches of the heroines at the end even if Izuku's quirk didn't work through the telepath's quirk. It was like a resort trip, though almost the entire time Izuku was having sex with one woman after the other while the others spent time together, training or hanging out. The only other male there, Tora of the Wild Wild Pussy Cats, made himself scarce on those days out of respect for their privacy, taking Shino's nephew with him into the city.

Izuku decided he needed to get something nice for Tora as well. The man was an absolute bro, the only man other than All Might who knew of Izuku's relationship with the action women of the world and like a brother to all three of his female teammates.

It was also Tora who gave Izuku his first official shovel talk, so that had to count for something, right?

Izuku was almost surprised when he found himself standing just outside the doors to UA, so caught up in his thoughts.

"Well, what does today have in store for me?" He asked himself as he stepped through the doors.

Izuku is...
